At BKN Enterprises, we are committed to delivering high-quality Bisleri water bottles in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are applicable only in the following case:
✅ Damaged or Leaking Bottles: If you receive bottles that are broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged during transit.

Conditions for Returns:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Clear images of the damaged bottles and packaging must be provided as proof.
• Proof of purchase (order receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Bottles that have been opened or used.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Wrong quantity ordered by the customer.
• Any issue reported beyond 24 hours after delivery.

3. Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If your return request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
• No Cash Refunds: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only.
• No Exchanges: We currently do not offer product exchanges.
